SIAL Accountants was built on a simple observation: healthcare professionals need accountants who understand their world. These are the milestones we can confirm today, with space to add the rest of our history.
2012
Where it began
Our founder trained and qualified with specialist medical and healthcare accountancy firms, learning the sector first-hand.
2016
SIAL Accountants is established
Usman Sial founded the firm with a primary focus on supporting the healthcare sector.

A Message from Our CEO
Usman Sial, BSc (Hons), FCCA · Founder & Director
Usman grew up in a family of hard-working professionals and entrepreneurs, with a strong connection to healthcare. Although he was encouraged towards medicine, his passion was for numbers, so he chose accountancy.
He trained and qualified with specialist medical and healthcare accountancy firms, where it became clear that many healthcare professionals needed specialised financial guidance. That insight led him to establish SIAL Accountants.
